| Description:Chum, also known as Keta and dog salmon, has light
orange, moderately firm meat with a relatively low fat content.
Country of Origin: USA, Canada, China, Japan, Russia Seasonality: USA and Russia typically harvest chum salmon from mid-June through the end of September. In Canada. The season is from August through the end of November. Japan's chum harvests are in August and November. Quality Control Conditions: All product is produced in our HACCP-certified plant and must conform to our high quality standards. Product Forms: dressed/headed; fillets, skin-on or skinless, pin-bone in or boneless; steaks. Dressed headed fish graded: 2-4 lbs, 4-6 lbs, 6-9 lbs and 9-12 lbs.
