| Description: Halibut is the largest of the flatfish. It has
firm, fine-textured, very lean white meat with a mild, sweet flavor.
Pacific and Atlantic halibut are similar. Country of Origin: USA, Canada, Russia, China Seasonality: United States and Canada are on a vessel quota system, with an open season from March through November. Russian fish can be caught year-round, but seem to be most available in March through May and September through November. Quality Control Conditions:All product is produced in our HACCP-certified plant and must conform to our high quality standards. | |||||
