Pink Salmon

Description : Pink salmon, also known as ”humpback salmon?is the smallest of the Alaska salmon species and is often sold as canned salmon or made into croquettes. Pink salmon have a rose-colored flesh and delicate, sometimes dry, flavor. They have a two-year life cycle. Whole fish generally range in weight from 2 to 6 pounds, with dressed head-off fish weighing 1.5 to 5 pounds.
